Movie #2058 "Shang Chi and the Legend of the 10 rings" (Disney+) - I am not a Marvel fan, but this one I wanted to see just from the trailer --- the lead played one of the leads on a very favorite show we streamed called "Kim's Convenience," and it had Awkwafina so I knew there would be some humor. So we watched this on new year's eve, and it was a lot of fun --- esp. at the beginning. There was lots of humor and the story was intriguing and fairly easy to follow. But then, it got to be too many fights for me, esp. the dragons at the end, when I got lost because I missed the idea there was a good dragon and a bad one --- but wow, the stunts. Very impressive, esp. the bus on top of all the parked cars that it rides over in the first part of the film. And it's always fun to see Michelle Yeoh (from "Crouching Tiger" and "Crazy Rich Asians". I'd give this a 4 out of 5 for its entertainment value, esp. for the visual effects. P.S. loved Ben Kingsley and his pet without the mouth. They both were an added addition to make sure there was something more in the film except the fighting, and I say thank you for that!
