Movie #2051 ........................."Every Time A Bell Rings" (Hallmark)

Movie #2051 "Every Time A Bell Rings" (Hallmark)  This is the scavenger one with the three sisters (in case you saw all the trailers on this one) -- anyway, seemed a lot to cover in a short film, but they were able to do it.  I liked that it took place in Natchez, Mississippi, so it was pretty scenery and fun to see how Christmas is celebrated down south -- All three young women (+ Dee Wallace as the mom) were capable, and the two guys were warm and kind and fun to watch their wonderful treatment of the girls.  For the amount of time all these characters were given, it turned out to be a nice story, each one worthy of their own film, I was thinking.  One dealt with wanting to contact her biological mother, another with knowing when it was a good time to start a family and if she could do that and continue her job, and the other about being gay and finding her soul mate --- this might be one of the first lesbian kisses in a hallmark movie -- so it is breaking ground here, somewhat.  I'd give the film a 4, with the scavenger hunt being the least interesting thing about the film, but once again, it showed a lot of the area by having them scavenge all over the place to get the answers to the game.
