Movie #2042 ........................."Crashing through the Snow" (Hallmark)

Movie #2402 "Crashing through the Snow" (Hallmark)  I really enjoyed this film --- it had an astonishing amount of information about how families work together, especially divorced ones --- trying to give equal time to everyone, while still being somewhat divided, not all living together.  This was a funny movie, with different stage business done while two blended families are kind of stuck together so the kids have the best christmas ever -- lots of different stuff done, planned by the future step-mother, while the biological mother is staying over at the same big estate --- and then the writers decide to add one more person to the mixed group --- future stepmother's brother, and who takes the biological mother under his wing and makes it a contest at first :  stepmother vs biological mother --- but everyone learns quite quickly that it takes a village to raise kids --- I thought it was very realistic in the various discussions the family members have in trying to deal with a split family.  I also like the ending of the film --- it isn't your typical hallmark "thing" --- I don't want to say any more, except this is one of the better ones of the 2021 group, in my opinion.  5 out of 5.
