Movie #2038 "A Royal Queens Christmas" (Hallmark)
This is kind of a funny, far-fetched one, but it won my heart --- not sure why. It takes place in Queens, so everyone talks with thick overdone Queens accents, but then this Prince (from nearby?) who looks like a Hugh Jackman/Jake Gyllenhal lookalike, sporting his own accent comes to Queens to get away from a kingdom he is suppose to take over (but he is unhappy about it) so of course he runs away to Queens to he to play boogie boogie on the piano --- I know, sounds silly, but it works for him because he is so dreamy looking that you believe almost anything. Like this: after knocking her over in a restaurant and causing bakery damage (you have to see it to understand), he volunteers to play for her (girl from queens) kids' choir. This is a totally unbelievable and overdone premise, but the two leads won me over. I'd give it a 4. Silly, but fun!
