Movie #2196 "Grilling Season: The Curious Caterer Mystery" (Hallmark) I don't know why I watched this second Curious Caterer film when I didn't like the first one, but I had two reasons: I wondered how many times they would have an extensive murder mystery in a small town like this (i.e. how long would this series last?) and I really really like the two leads. So , voila! I'm doing another blog on the curious caterer. This mystery was a tad better, but on a game board, the romantic (?) leads took two steps forward and just stayed there --- that means, they said nice things to each other a couple of times. She is a caterer and how often is she going to have her best friend (the first one I saw) and her ex-husband's fiancé (this one) both victims of crime that she is oh so helpful in solving.... but that's the way these all run, really. This is a bit better than the first one, so 3.5 out of 5. But it is one you can miss.
