Movie #2176 "Roadhouse Romance" need more oomph! The lead guy (Tyler Hynes, a Hallmark fave of mine) is a hollywood director speeding through town on way to deliver a car gift to his girlfriend. He's delayed due to car trouble in a podunk town where he doesn't even want to try supposedly the "best barbecue" in the state, made and served by a cute woman (with golden voice - I guess she was a runner up in American Idol) who makes fun of his highfalutin Hollywood ways.......the stage business is weak because there isn't much for him to do but help her make the barbecue sauce, but the couple is cute. The story is weak, and somehow gets resolved, but it isn't a terrific high point, and the film kind of shuffles to the end. I'd give it 3.5 out of 5.
