Movie #1462 ........................."Christmas at Holly Lodge"
Movie #1462 "Christmas at Holly Lodge" was a movie I had seen at the beginning of the Christmas season (just the first half) and never got back to it until yesterday a.m. when I watched the end, finally. The ending really wasn't worth the wait. It was like all the other films where someone comes to foreclose on the place and by staying at it, he/she learns to care about it and the person running it. Therefore, by the end of the film all is well. There is very little deviation here. Just some added stuff with some of the visitors at the lodge. Those secondary scenes and characters seemed manipulative. So really, I don't recommend this film in comparison to the others on the subject. I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars.
