Movie #418 ........................."Cedar Rapids"

Movie #418 "Cedar Rapids" has good and not-so-good in it. The good? Ed Helms is quite congenial and has a lot of talent, and John C. Reilly, well, he's one of the few who could play this part and still remain charming. This was actually a good film for Anne Heche, whom I haven't liked in a film in a long time. Now for the bad? The script isn't tight --- there are gaps, and the film is hard to believe in parts; it's raunchy and most everything Riley says is derogatory against women, but there are some good laughs and most importantly, the film is a sweet comedy. The film also made me think more kindly about insurance agents, and small town thinking.
