Movie #413 ........................."God of Love"

Movie #413 "God of Love" is the American contribution to the live action category of oscar nominated films 2011, and it was pleasurable viewing. (4.5 stars) You can instantly recognize it is American --- it is quirky and gets to the point in one minute --- a goofy singer (easily recognizable with big hair) in a band is madly in love with the female drummer who has it bad for the guitarist, who won't have anything to do with her because he is best friends with the goofy singer. While he sings, he throws darts masterfully --- told you it was quirky. Anyway, he comes across magic darts and the rest is a quirky, mystical love story. Liked it a lot --- seemed off the cuff in execution of dialogue, very charming valentine's day fare and very enjoyable.
