Movie #2099 "Carole King & James Taylor: Just Call Out My Name" (HBO) . Several people recommended this documentary to us, knowing that we like music and Carole King and James Taylor, and it was a fun watch for us. It mixes together songs they performed at the Troubadour with little snippets of interviews --- and they throw in some rehearsal and backstage banter, as well. We found this quite enlightening when it focused on how well they work together, their takes on the songs they do and reasons why they sing particular songs, and their relationship through the years --- it gives a brief history of music, to boot. I rate this 4 out of 5 and recommend it.
