Movie #1276 "Royal Christmas" --- I liked this one a lot! I don't really know why exactly, because there are several that deal with a castle and royalty, but the theme came across rather strong! A person of royalty CAN marry a normal, civilian. How about that! In fact, there is no pretentiousness in this prince --- the chemistry between the two leads worked for me, Jane Seymour was the witchy mother of the prince, and the servants were each individuals and seen that way by the lead girl. So even though the story is kind of typical for a Hallmark Christmas movie, I liked what they did with it. I'd give it 4 stars out of 5.
