Movie #1254 ........................."Mistletoe Promise"

Movie #1254 "Mistletoe Promise" had a lot of promise with a strong cast (the lead woman was from a fun movie I show up at the lake  entitled "Fork on the Road" and the lead guy was from "Brothers & Sisters") and the opening was interesting enough to draw people into it that are already getting sick of xmas spirit , but the film could have had more interesting secondary characters --- the ones here got a bit stale and didn't help propel the story, so the only emphasis was on how these two hated xmas and how that started to decline as the film (and their relationship progressed).  It could have been a half an hour shorter ---- but I am glad the turn dealt with coming clean with their promise --- made the theme and lesson stronger --- just took a while to get at it.  I would give this 3.5 out of 5.  Pleasant, but not necessary to see.

"THE MISTLETOE PROMISE"  2016         TV-G     3.5 out of 5 stars.

When Elise and Nicholas meet by chance, they find they have a mutual disdain for Christmas and agree to pose as a couple to get through holiday complications. But their "strictly business" arrangement doesn't quite go according to plan.(you're kidding!!!)
