Movie #3199 "A Scottish Love Scheme" (Hallmark) This film slogged around but in some beautiful locations, which made it more bearable. The guy and girl are believable and quite normal, but quite dull. The kid is cute, but film is same ol, same ol ---- but in Scotland. However, I didn't see any location that looked familiar to me. What put a little life into it is the two mothers scheming to get the guy and girl together..... But stage business was so dull --- it was just about her helping him out in a publicity job for his business (which he never really looked like he was doing because he was showing her around most of the film)....... I'd give it a 3, and mostly for the location.
