Movie #3175 "A Fabled Holiday" (Hallmark) I turned this one off the first time around because it didn't look interesting to me, but then I tried it again and stuck with it, and I'm glad I did. But I still feel the opening is horrendous in this one --- the people talking like they are reciting lines, and it's a bad start. The narration then comes along and seems cold and detaches the viewer from the story instead of bringing him/her into it. The stage business was a bit boring, because it dealt with xmas activities the innkeepers used to keep the residents staying there involved.... the kids were pretty stilted and not the competent acting kids we usually see in Hallmark movies. But the ending was nice, so I'd give it a 3 out of 5.
