Movie #3145 "Suits" (Netflix) Seasons 1 and 2
We have now watched two seasons of this gem of a show and are continuing to enjoy it. We find the stories intriguing and very involved. There's so much to learn about how lawyers wheel and deal in the courts and out --- mostly out, in this show (which is different from other shows that are usually more in the courts) These people are highly intelligent, mostly Harvard graduates, which sounds like a pro - ad for the distinguished school, but then one of the smartest in this group of characters is the one who is faking his Harvard degree, so there's that to say. I must say after watching two seasons, the love story with the esteemed Meghan Markle is at a stalemate and there are 5 more seasons to go. So that and the constant focus on Louis (our least liked character) and also the concentration needed to watch each show might deter us from continuing to watch. Those of you who made it through 8 seasons, please let us know if we should continue and there's a big payoff at the end. Right now, I would give it a 4, and might not return to it right away.
