Movie #1107 "The Flight Before Xmas" -- this blog will be short and sweet ---- not good. In all departments, esp. in lack of chemistry between the two leads, a dumb & cliched plot, awful dialogue, and implausible situations. Let me give you an example: The two leads are forced to go to a dance together when stranded in this small town, it's Christmas eve, and they are awkwardly dancing, wincing as they clumsily step on each other's feet, and the important thing: not seeing to have a good time together. Yet, a few minutes later, two people surmise to both of them that they looked like they were having such a good time together.... when was that? we were watching and we didn't see that at all. So a huge part of the story is left out --- when did they fall in love? the script says they did, but when did that happen? It's like talking to Trump --- he says he's the best guy for the job, but when did he ever show it? Yep, it's obvious that I've run out of good and bad things to say --- movie bad. Don't bother. But what do I expect on the hallmark channel, right? And what do I have on tonight.....again....as i write this? you guessed it. Why do I do this?
FLIGHT BEFORE XMAS I would give this 2 stars out of 5
Two strangers who both happen to be in marketing share a room at a bed-and-breakfast when a snowstorm strands their flight in Montana on Christmas Eve.
