Movie #98........................."Footsteps in the Dark"

Movie #98 "Footsteps in the Dark" is an oldie but a goodie, with Errol Flynn as an upper class husband who happens to be a mystery writer on the side, and not even his wife Brenda Marshall (my mother's look alike) knows. All of a sudden, after years of falling cops on their cases, he is thrown into one and accused of murder. Now, his skills come to the test and he needs to not only prove his innocense but keep up his integrity as the good writer he is. It was a rapid-fire mystery comedy, and I forgot how much I love those. So if you ever get a chance to see this on TCM (which I did this a.m.), take it because its so much fun to see Errol Flynn in a suit rather than the Robin Hood costume he's so much known for!
