Movie #105........................."Tell No One"

Movie #105 "Tell No One" is a very, very good French mystery film. The story is taut and leads from one surprise to the next. There's a little bit of nudity in the opening (well, hey, it's French) so I was worried it would be a stereotype love romp or a violent sex murder thing, but was completely surprised when it unravelled its somewhat intelligent mystery. It was nice to see Kristin Scott Thomas again in an all French film, and I liked it so much that I intend to look up the director and see if I can find more of his/her work to add to my queue (uh oh, and me at 500 again!)

Tell No One
Ne le dis à personne
(2006) NR
Eight years ago, pediatrician Alexandre Beck (François Cluzet) was the prime suspect in his wife's murder. He's put all that behind him, but now that two dead bodies have been found near his home, he's suspected of wrongdoing once again. The case takes an unexpected turn when he receives an anonymous e-mail showing his wife alive -- and eight years older -- instructing him to "tell no one." Kristin Scott Thomas co-stars.
