Movie #117........................."A Single Man"

Movie# 118........................."A Single Man"

Movie #118 "A Single Man" is all Colin Firth, a man suffering from grief, for a lost love who happens to be a male lover of 16 years. Very slow, very sad, because it ticks off the minutes as he readies himself to end his life at the end of the day, and you meet all the people he sees in that day. I wanted to like the film much more because I felt for this guy so much, but it just was so slowly paced that it was hard to sustain interest in his life. Just a real downer --- Dave said we should have watched it on New Year's Eve!
