Movie #101 "Extract" has Jason Bateman in the starring role, and Kristin Wiig (SNL) as his wife, and Ben Affleck as his bf, so that's enough for me to give it 3 stars. It was close to 4 stars, being very funny, but 1/2 way through it started to go flat until it got focus back again to finish well. The flatness included a scenes with a cameo of Kiss' Gene Simmons which must have been funny to somebody, but not me --- in fact, the scenes might have been funnier with the weight loss guy Gene Simmons instead. This movie is by the Beavis/Butthead/Family Guy/Office Space guy, and another Office Space it is not, but it IS funny in parts --- a bit slow paced, but quirkiness and good actors who get across dumb, goofy working- class characters make it a movie that was, for the most part, fun to watch.
