Movie #3414 "Beautiful Men" (theatre) This is the first oscar-nominated animated short that I saw, and it was full of angst and fog --- maybe the fog symbolized the angst or struggles and confusion these guys were in --- they are on a trip to Istanbul to get hai transplants, but the lead guy screwed up and accidentally scheduled only one to get it done. While waiting, they are filmed in their respective hotels and meeting once in a while at a coffee shop, but also wrangling with a lump one of them fines in his testicles. The film finally ends up pretty good as far as the transplants, but does that solve everything for them? It kind of was left up in the air. I'd give it a 3 out of 5.
