Movie #1086 "Authors Anonymous' A band of unpublished writers who gather to gripe about their misfortunes must cope with the sudden success of Hannah, who's just joined their group. Struggling to accept her newfound fame, the other authors are alternately inspired and infuriated.
Movie #1086 "Authors Anonymous" was a no bother film ---- I thought from the plot description it would be kind of like "Best in Show" but about writers ---- my kind of film---- but no, it wasn't. The opening was kind of funny in the set up with them doing a documentary on their writing club, and the writing club is filled with what I thought to be kind of funny people like Dennis Farina, Terri Polo, Kaley Cuoco, Chris Klein. But they don't save this film and its bad script. I died off during some scenes, very little humor here, and what's here is way over done. I don't recommend this. There are others on the same topic , and I will seek them out. and maybe see "Best in Show" again!
