Movie #1622 "Memories of Christmas" --- ooh, this one was way too predictable for me. Same old plot --- she's going home to pack up her dead mom's house; he's a handyman there (huh?) and has to decorate the big town gala, and of course, she helps and they fall in love. Some goofy guy she works with tries to cause the conflict, but it is weak because they never seemed to have a relationship before that --- the only saving grace is that the couple are winning and are pretty to look at --- they also seem to have some chemistry, so there scenes together work for the most part. I'd give it a 3 out of 5.
"MEMORIES OF CHRISTMAS"
Noelle (Milian) was raised by the queen of Christmas. When she inherits her late mother's house, she finds out that her mother had been hiring someone to decorate it - Dave (Taylor). The deal is off, but Dave convinces Noelle to let him carry on the tradition. As the display goes up, Noelle's defenses start to come down. She embraces the town's Christmas gala that was her mother's legacy, finds unexpected love, and develops a joy for the holidays that she never thought possible.
