Movie #1114 "Christmas at Cartwrights" was a silly film, even for the Hallmark Channel. The whole premise is that it's a tragedy when we find out that Santa Claus is a female ---- does anyone really care? I guess people do at this store. And they must all be blind to think Alicia Witt was passable as a male Santa Claus --- pretty silly. I must admit that I hardly watched this one --- it was in the background while I was doing holiday wrapping, and I must admit that the wrapping put me more in the spirit of the holiday than this film. This is not a good one to see not his channel, in my opinion.

A single mom gets a holiday job as a department store Santa to help boost her finances, and then an angel enters her life and brings about some positive changes, including the spark of a new romance.
