Movie #1112 ........................."Last Chance for Christmas"

Movie #1112 "Last Chance for Christmas" was the choice Hallmark film last night , and I have to say it was the dumbest story of the batch so far.  Here's an example of the conflict:
He:  I work for Santa.
She:  Santa who?
He:  Santa Claus!
She:  Get out of my house!

Every time they had a discussion/argument, it would end up with this ---- most of these Hallmark films I have noticed resort to using some magical device --- but they tend to use it more smoothly, and in a more believable way, instead of making it the centerpiece of any argument.   Even though the woman who played the mother is very talented, she is wasted in this film.  The guy is a stick and not very convincing at all -- I saw him talking to Santa, and I still didn't believe he worked for him.  Go figure!  So all in all, this is not a must see on the Hallmark list of Christmas movies 2015!

When Prancer injures his hoof, Santa's stable hand John must find a fill in to ensure Christmas deliveries go off without a hitch. His mission gets complicated when he discovers that Frankie, the perfect substitute reindeer, belongs to a precocious 8-year-old girl and her mother Annie. As he races to get Frankie up to the North Pole, he realizes that he's actually falling in love with Annie and has to find a way to win her over and save Christmas at the same time.

Starring: Hilarie Burton ("One Tree Hill"), Gabriel Hogan ("Heartland"), Tim Matheson ("Hart of Dixie")
