Movie #1786 ........................."The Christmas Cure"

Movie #1786 "The Christmas Cure" --- I liked the story but not many surprises.  Once we find out the guy driving the daughter (who is a doctor returning home to visit with her doctor dad) is her ex, we can guess where the film is going to go.  Then, in the next couple of minutes we find out her dad is retiring and has to finally close his business --- hmmm?  wonder if this daughter doctor will take it over by the end of the film?  Well, check in and see.  The girl in the relationship is pretty overpowering, and the guy is pretty quiet, but he starts to take a stand with some matters, so it was good to see him grow.  She just learns her priorities --- which is typical  in these films.  I'd give this one a 3.5 ---- The patients and her mom and dad were strong secondary people that fleshed out the rest of the competent cast.  Nice to see how small business of medicine compete with urgency cares nowadays.  I'd give this 3.5 out of 5.
