Movie #3633 "Good Karma Hospital" - Season 4 (Acorn) Well, we were unhappy when this one finally finished for us because we really enjoyed all the characters and stories in all the seasons. This one is especially good because it covered so much ground -- one in particular was a disease much like Covid that took over a village, and they had to save one girl who was debilitated by it. Love stories are tied up for the viewers, and we leave with a lot of hope that the characters we came to love will have have careers (fictionally) continue working at this hospital. We will miss it. Throughout the years we got to see some downton abbey actors, and that was an added bonus. I give this season a 5.
