Movie #1915 "Killing Eve" (Hulu) Season 1 --Wow! When you look at the plot summary of this show, and then you watch it, there's so much more to it. I have never seen such a well constructed show in its turns and surprises....and the editing and photography. The production value is A+. The script is also so well written (not s surprise here if you are a fleabag fan because Phoebe Walter-Bridge is the writer). This was our first pick on Hulu because we had heard so much about it, and we were not disappointed. I wrote to a friend, though, after seeing the 2nd episode (not giving a lot away here because there are a lot of characters you get close to in the first couple of episodes) that our favorite character had died, and she replied: "Don't get attached to anyone in this show." A telling statement here, and it's all I want to say about this cat and mouse show, with a great sense of humor to boot. It gets a bit crazy in the last episode --- I'm sure they are setting us up for season 2, but some tough stuff to digest and believe as it takes you down a rabbit hole. That being said, I'm not sure my viewing partner of this will continue to the second season. I just might, but I am going to ruminate on what I've experienced this first season for a while before I return. I'd give this a 4,.5 out of 5. Why? Like all of these t.v. shows, it seems to be stretching a story which I would have liked have watched in a 2 hour film, but took 8 episodes of some 360 minutes to get through! I guess I am a movie person at heart, and I feel there's some timewasting on these shows with 8 or more episodes. I'll see if that changes....... but for now, it's the way I feel.

"KILLING EVE" 2018 R -rated (it's about an assassin who kills every episode)
8 episodes, about 45 mins each
After a series of events, the lives of a security operative and an assassin become inextricably linked.
