Movie #3376 ........................."Silver Bells" (Hallmark)

Movie #3376 "Silver Bells" -- yes, a hallmark one, but it's old and I didn't see it on the Hallmark channel. This was a very human family story with Anne Heche playing a editor of a magazine/newspaper who shows interest in a xmas tree farm boy's photography --- his dream is to be a photographer and not work on the family farm, but he has a hard time telling that to his dad --- he eventually runs away, which causes a lot of family problems --- esp. since Anne Heche gets closer to his dad and feels to blame for all the problems they have. I liked this film a lot -- kept my interest throughout. I'd give it a strong 4 and recommend it.

Manhattanite Catherine O'Mara (Heche) bonds with a young man who has run away from his father. When the father returns to New York a year later to sell his Christmas trees, he and Catherine cross paths.
