MOVIE #1840 ........................."A Christmas Love Letter"

Movie #1840 "A Christmas Love Letter" - this one was silly for the most part --- After she gets an anonymous love letter from a guy she used to know from back home,  she dumps her boyfriend she has now because she didn't think his proposal was effective, and off she goes back to her hometown to find the guy who wrote the note. Of course, the audience gets who it is about 20 mins in, but it takes her much longer -- why?  she is a bit silly --- i.e. she just goes along with a guy once she is with him, much like a lemming, never exerting any power in the relationship except to dump him.  Just looking for a guy she wants to share her life with that depends on one romantic note is a bit silly --- and then the parade of guys are silly, too.  One has an annoying laugh and only talks about fishing, another lies and says he wrote it and just talks about hockey, and the list goes on.... the real letter writer takes the last 5 minutes of this movie to profess his love --- and she'll be with him forever?  The only things I appreciated in the movie were the precocious little girl and the robot dog.  I'd give this a 3 out of 5.
