Movie #1834 "Christmas in Montana" --- I like this one for a number of reasons. Kellie Martin, for one, because I have been a fan of hers since "LIFE GOES ON" when she (and I) was a kid. Another reason is the beautiful scenery in the background of all the scenes. Still another one is how smart the lead actress is playing --- she comes to problem solve a way to keep the guy's property afloat. I also love that there is a strong mother-daughter relationship and then when it goes in jeopardy, we can see them actually working it out and getting closer to each other --- it's nice to see that in the xmas season...She and daughter fall in love with the place (not difficult to believe, either) and open their hearts after grieving for the lost dad/husband for a couple of years. Nice, calm story with little dramatics, but a good storyline and good acting. and good locations. I give it a 4 out of 5. ( Just one small complaint: the lovers could have a few more ups and downs in their voices to help keep the minute by minute scenes to go by with more energy)
