Movie #2081 "Christmas Catch"(Netflix) Well, the first one I tried on netflix wasn't bad, so I tried another one --- this one wasn't as good, but still kept my interest because of the bizarre storyline: female cop with her partner do a stakeout on a guy she had a "meet-cute" with the night before she finds out he might be a jewel thief. What I didn't like about this one was the humor at first was all based on her awkwardness on dates. That would have been easier to swallow IF it was balanced with how good she is as a cop. But it wasn't. So she came across as a dumb female playing a cop and possibly endangering our lives. I hated that. And the guy is not a good actor --- just good to look at. So through the whole movie I was hoping she'd get her partner like in the Miss Congeniality movies, but no such luck. Oops! sorry, told the ending, kind of. Oh well, this is one you don't have to ever see. 3.5 out of 5.
