Movie #2083 "Heart of the Holidays"(Hallmark) I watched this at the beginning of the season and remembered liking it. I just noticed that the lead guy is also directing it, and that makes it a bit more special to me---proves he is multi-talented and he cared more for the project --- I thought he did both jobs well. This is a Christmas Carol kind of story where the lead (in this case a female) learns to be more of a humanitarian ---and to me, that is always a rewarding watch for me. The guy wasn't pushy at all, and things rolled easily in the film--- there was an ease about it, which I really welcomed --- made the film different from some of the others...I'd give it a 4 out of 5.
"HEART OF THE HOLIDAYS"
After her life in New York unexpectedly falls apart, powerhouse stockbroker Sam Wallace returns to her small town for the holidays and reconnects with her high school sweetheart who helps reignite her humanitarian spirit just in time to help their community on Christmas.
