Movie #2044 " The Christmas Waltz" (Hallmark) --- Guy was a good dancer, but not a good actor, yet he looked like Hugh Jackman so that got me through the film. (Looking at his credentials in IMDB he is more than qualified to do this role) Lacy Chabert, however, is not a good dancer but a better actor --- in fact, she's one of the most revered of the Hallmark divas --- this was not one of her best films, though. Through the whole movie, I kept wondering what happened to all the wedding arrangements that were made for her Christmas dream wedding --- where did all the gifts go that were sent? We saw a couple of them, but.... what about the flowers? did her folks get the money back from the place it was to be held? She seemed to deal with it pretty well and so did her folks. The old boyfriend was such a jerk, which I never like because why did she fall in love with him in the first place? or is it settle for him? About 10 minutes in, I put together the whole plot, so it was just going along wit no surprises. However, I loved the dancing, so watching the romantic dancing at the end worked for me. I also loved the little boy who was a featured dancer through out --- His kicks were so high! I'd give this a 3.8 . But not one of her best.
