Movie #`1998 ........................."Sylvie's Love" (Chicago Film Fest 2020 Virtual)

Movie #1998 "Sylvie's Love" (Chicago Film Fest 2020 Virtual)  This is the second film we watched, and we liked it, esp. the music, the story and Tessa Thompson's acting.  I had seen in her in "Creed" a while ago and was very impressed with her, and when I saw she was in this, I decided to watch it --- It follows several years (so shows growth) of one relationship between two people who from the minute they meet, sense that they are soulmates.  But so much gets in the way.  The film could be a tad shorter, in my opinion, and the guy could show more energy in his acting, but other than that, I find it quite enjoyable, esp. with all the music that was included, because it was about a jazz musician.  I'd give it 4 stars out of 5.  And is supposed to be released at xmas time, but with the pandemic, not sure what will happen with its distribution.
