Movie #1841 "Double Holiday" -- well, I think this is the best of the bunch of 2019. The guy, Kristoffer Polaha, steals the film --- He was in a t.v. show a few years ago with Brit Robertson --- and he played the same kind of fast talking charmer, but he can also do a lot of sincere short speeches to woo the gal, and he does both of these here. What I also like about this film is that finally we get equal time for Hannukah ---- in fact, several times, the hanukah traditions are espoused to us in comparison to all the Christmas traditions that these films fall back on quite regularly. So in that way, this film is very different. Then, there's heart and a good message --- yes we are dealing with corporations and competition to get the client, etc. But at the heart of it is a mentoring program that the lead guy works for and that becomes the most important issue in the film and not just the greed of making money. People are valued and teachers/mentors come out looking good in a film like this, which I thought was very inspiring and hopeful. I give this a 5 out of 5. I won't forget this one --- and it was funny through the whole thing. Time went by quickly. So I highly recommend this one, and it's on a few more times during the Christmas season, if you want to catch it.
