Movie #1767 ........................."In Dog Years" (short documentary)

Movie #1767 "In Dog Years" (short documentary) this film speaks on just how tough it is to lose your  dog , and how important dogs are to us and how tough it is to face their mortality --- and how we deal with their aging and individual problems (their old age, that they get nightmares, their fears, that they are blind, that they were abused before you got them, that they are biters and have little idiosyncrasies  about them that we live with, just like we do with the people we surround ourselves with.  I loved the theme and emotional it evoked, but the film fell short because of its repetition.  I give it a 3 out of 5.

A CELEBRATION OF OLD DOGS, FROM THE PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEM MOST

As dogs get older, they can go blind, slow down, or grow weak. But the bond between dogs and their owners only grows stronger as they age, and in their senior years these faithful companions are more precious to the people who care for them than ever. Hard choices loom when dogs near the end, and having to say goodbye is never easy. As these true stories of love and friendship show, there’s nothing quite like the connection between humans and their beloved aging dogs
