Movie #3398 "Inside Out 2"" (Disney +) I was quite surprised I enjoyed this movie so much, since I was one of the few who found the first one annoying and loud. Because the first film put on display a young girl with all of her emotions being on exhibit, I guess I took the first one wrong because I thought it was insulting to that young mind. Anyway, this one I liked from the get go --- maybe because I understand and naturally sympathize with the teen mind, and she being female was not as pushed as in the first. I esp. liked Ennui (who could be male or female) ---- just bringing attention to that vocab word was a nice touch. The story was easier to follow this time, too, and not as noisy, even with anxiety taking the stage. All around I found this quite enjoyable and a possible winner for the animated feature Academy Award. I'd give it 4 out of 5.
